corn salsa
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen steam in a bag corn
1/4 red onion, diced fine
1/2 red pepper, diced fine
1 jalapeño, diced fine
Juice of 1/2 lime
Hand full of cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Microwave corn in bag for about 4 minutes. Let cool completely. In a large bowl, mix corn, onion, red pepper, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cilantro and lime juice, and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!
